Joe is pleasant, professional, & accessible.  He responds to questions and concerns timely. The home I rent is well maintained. In my experience, he manages/maintains a property as if it were his own home, treating tenants with care & respect.

Once, I had a pipe burst on a weekday about 6:30pm.  Water was pouring into the basement.  I sent Joe a text and he was there in less than 15 minutes to fix it.  (In the middle of dinner!)  I’d definitely recommend working with Joe to anyone.
